Your people already use AI. Teach them safely
Live, remote sessions for leaders and staff on using AI with company data, spotting shadow AI, and knowing when output needs a human check. Standalone, or as part of a consulting or CAIO engagement.
Use is rising faster than training
PwC's 2026 survey of more than 49,000 workers found 64% used AI at work, while only 51% could access the learning they needed, down from 59%. Source: PwC Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey 2026
When staff improvise, data goes where it shouldn't. In IBM's 2025 study, 1 in 5 organisations reported a breach involving shadow AI. Source: IBM Cost of a Data Breach 2025 (Ponemon), Jul 2025
Secure AI use, taught live
What every session can cover:
Safe use of AI tools with company data
What can go where, and why.
Spotting and handling shadow AI
Without driving it further underground.
Prompt hygiene
Habits that protect data and improve output.
When AI output needs a human check
Judgement, not a checklist.

Leadership sessions
A focused session for executives and boards on what AI is for, what it costs and who owns it. It uses the same ten-question scorecard we use in diagnostics, so leaders leave with a shared view of where they stand.
Supporting the EU AI Act's AI literacy measures
For teams with EU exposure. Article 4 of the EU AI Act, which has applied since 2 February 2025, asks providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures to support AI literacy among their staff. It does not require a certificate, a test score or a specific workshop format. Source: European Commission, "AI Literacy: Questions & Answers"; Regulation (EU) 2026/1744
Our training is designed as one practical, documented part of those measures. It is not a certificate. Your counsel should confirm what applies to you.
Free workshop: "Cut your AI bill"
A free, recorded workshop for leaders who want AI spending they can explain. In about [workshop length], it walks through how AI costs build up and the design choices that control them: prompt caching, batch processing, model routing and prompt compression, and when each one does and doesn't apply.
It also covers how to spot agent sprawl before the invoice does. Anthropic reports that its agents use about 4 times the tokens of a chat interaction, and its multi-agent systems about 15 times. Source: Anthropic Engineering, "How we built our multi-agent research system", Jun 2025
No pitch at the end. You get the recording, the slides and the self-assessment scorecard.

The scorecard: ten questions
Answer each one yes, partly or no.
- Can you name the business outcome and owner for each AI initiative you pay for?
- Can you see AI spend by team, product or workflow, not just by vendor invoice?
- Do you know your cost per completed task for your top three AI use cases?
- Do you use more than one model tier, matching cheaper models to simpler tasks?
- Where prompts repeat, are you using prompt caching or batch processing?
- Do you know how many AI agents run in production, and who approved each one?
- Is there a clear design for what each AI system remembers, where, and who can access it?
- Do you have a written, enforced policy on which AI tools staff may use with company data?
- Have your staff been trained on secure AI use in the last 12 months?
- Before new AI work is funded, does someone review its architecture, run cost and security?
